CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS

The customer submits a binding order via the e-shop system, the order contains the customer's contact details, a list of goods and prices. As part of the order, the terms and conditions in the current wording are agreed upon at the same time.
After sending the order, a confirmation is sent to the specified email. With the first order, the customer is also sent a confirmation email about the registration, including the login data they entered.
All orders sent are binding.
In the event that the customer does not collect the shipment intended for him in the given time and does not provide a justification, no further shipments will be sent to him in the future.
The price of the goods is the price indicated on the e-shop website at the time the order is sent and indicated in the order confirmation sent to the buyer by the e-shop operator.
DELIVERY DATES OF GOODS
Goods that are in stock are dispatched no later than the third working day from the 3rd after receiving the order. In the case of payment to the account, the ordered goods are dispatched as soon as payment is received to the designated bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver the goods at the time indicated for the goods (availability), we will inform you about the delivery date by email.
WARRANTY PERIOD AND COMPLAINTS
The warranty period for all goods is set by law for a period of 24 months. The complaint does not apply to defects caused by improper use or wear. If the buyer discovers any defects in the delivered goods, he is obliged to inform the seller and agree on a possible solution.
In the event of an error on the part of the operator (e.g. sending the wrong motif or size), the goods will be immediately replaced at the operator's expense, or the money refunded.
The deadline established by law for processing a complaint is 30 days.
According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Returns can be made no later than 14 working days after receiving the shipment. Within this period, the goods must be returned at the buyer's expense to the e-shop operator's address. At the same time, it is necessary to inform the operator of the e-shop by email or in writing about the intention to withdraw from the contract. Returned goods must not show signs of damage or wear.
If the returned goods are in order, the money is returned to the buyer by bank transfer or money order within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods. Only the item amount will be refunded, not the postage.
The buyer gives consent to the seller to send him important business messages to his email address specified in the order. Commercial messages sent to the buyer may only relate to the subject of the seller's business.
The buyer has the option at any time to refuse the sending of commercial communications by e-mail to the address email@example.com. In such a case, the seller will immediately prevent the further sending of commercial messages to the buyer's email address.
