Sales Contract

Placing an order for goods on rescuefashion.com indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All communication to you from rescuefashion.com will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. You will receive a confirmation email after registration with all your personal details. If not, please contact us immediately. rescuefashion.com will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
After placing an order, an email confirming receipt of the order is sent. By confirming the purchase order, the seller commit to deliver the ordered goods and transfer the ownership of these goods to the buyer. The buyer commits to take over and pay the purchase price for these goods. Please check that all details are correct, if not please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, no further order adjustments/changes are possible.


Returns

We accept the return of products within 30 days, provided the returned item(s) are in their unused, original condition and in the original packaging.
If you would like to return product/s for a refund or exchange, please email the Customer Service, quoting your order number, we will do the best to process your return quickly and correctly. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are your responsibility. Upon inspection a credit will be given to the original method of payment within the 30 day return period. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.


Exchanges

We accept the exchange of products within 30 days, provided the returned item(s) are in their unused, original condition and in the original packaging. Email the Customer Service, quoting your order number and your exchange request, we will do the best to process your return quickly and correctly. If the requested exchange is not available we will contact you for an alternative item or return your purchase per the return policy. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) for exchange are your responsibility.
In case you have received an incorrect or faulty order, please contact the Customer Service quoting your order number so we can assist you in resolving the problem promptly. In this case, we are responsible for the cost of returned/exchanged postage.

All personal data of our customers are kept according to the valid law on protection of personal data. Personal data provided by customers will be used for e-shop purposes and will not be shared with any third party.
