KAREL KUTTELWASCHER

Karel Kuttelwascher was the most successful Czech fighter pilot of WWII. After escaping from occupied Czechoslovakia, he fought in the battles of France and Britain. Later he joined the night fighters. His specialty was attacking German bombers over their airfields after returning from bombing missions. He managed to down three He 111 bombers within four minutes. His final tally was at least 20 victories.
