JOSEF FRANTISEK
Czech fighter pilot, the highest scoring Allied pilot during the Battle of Britain. He participated in the fighting in France, then flew with the 303rd Polish fighter squadron. Between 2nd and 30th of September 1940 he shot down 17 enemy planes. His life was cut short by a plane crash on the 8th of October 1940.
